Faith Partners is a Colorado nonprofit  humanitarian organization commited to help families break the cycle of poverty in their lives by providing education and volunteer mentors who provide healthy life-skills and friendship.  Faith Partners offers the Crossroads class and volunteer mentor programs to help individuals and families transition from welfare to employment.

Many welfare recipients experience poverty because people were not taught basic skills that would enable them to become– and stay– self sufficient.  They were not taught how to see beyond their poverty. 

Providing education, hope, and compassion can sky-rocket the success of overcoming poverty!  We at Faith Partners provide a hand-up, not just a hand-out.
